Continuing Our Mission as a 501(c)(3) Public Charity
As a public charity, World Home Foundation continues its mission to harness philanthropic power to provide homes for the world.
Dear Friends,
We are delighted to share that the World Home Foundation has been designated as a public charity with tax-exempt status under Section 501(c)(3) of the United States Internal Revenue Code. View IRS Determination Letter 08/08/2022
As a public charity, we continue our commitment to improving the quality of life for the world’s vulnerable and underserved populations including low-income citizens and refugees. We support innovative philanthropic efforts that help these communities, and facilitate impact investments to create sustainable and affordable housing that they are proud to call home.
Our three-pillar programs are intrinsically interconnected to empower multi-stakeholders in the ecosystem to achieve our shared vision.
Pillar 1: Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) framework for affordable homes to measure progress and success.
Pillar 2: Peer-to-peer (P2P) facilitation platform to aggregate ESG affordable housing opportunities.
Pillar 3: Connected homes marketplace to empower residents and leverage data for transparency.
In addition, we are designing a first-of-its-kind ESG Affordable Housing Index in partnership with NASDAQ. We welcome like-minded experts and organizations to help us build this new index and unlock capital for global affordable housing value chain at scale.
